On 30th July the fabulous Harmonious Choir performed for a very special audience – the staff at 10 Downing Street! As part of a Wellbeing At Work day run by the Cabinet Office, the choir demonstrated the impact of community singing for mental wellbeing on this extremely memorable day. (more…)
Mind in Wandsworth held their bi-monthly Wellbeing day on the 1st August 2018. The theme of the day was “Connectivity”, bringing people together with workshops on art, horticulture, tai chi and eating together with a healthy and nutritious menu to enable and encourage individuals to learn about healthy eating choices.
August has been a truly outstanding month for our creative arts project, Portugal Prints. This month, they’ve been busy working away in the and have been popping up all around London, from the V&A Museum, to the Royal Academy of Arts and even in the Big Issue!

In September, seven intrepid individuals from Careys Plc will be reaching for the sky – by taking on the 3 Peaks Challenge and trying their hardest to raise a whopping £4,000 in support of Brent Wandsworth and Westminster Mind.
