We would like to introduce you to Paige. Paige set herself an epic challenge to complete to support Mind in Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster. During her challenge we caught up with Paige to find out what she was doing and why she wanted to raise money and help break the stigma surrounding mental health.

We know Christmas and the festive period will be different this year, but there are plenty of ways in which you can still support us over the festive season.

Here are some top tips for getting in the festive spirit and making a difference today, while keeping socially distanced and looking after your mental health.

To say the least, 2020 has been a more challenging year than anyone could have imagined. In the face of this upheaval and uncertainty, we have strived to continue to make a difference to the people who have so dearly needed our services.

Emerging research confirm that levels of severe mental health problems have increased during the pandemic and are expected to continue rising. We know the next year will be hard for charities as the impact of Covid on the economy become clear, but Mind in Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster will be here to support people – as we always are – when they need us.

Since our last Annual Review, we have launched a brand-new and much needed service, providing Mental Health Support Teams in Westminster schools. We are really excited about the potential of this service to prevent children and young people from developing long-term mental health conditions.

Together with our supporters, partners and commissioners we’ve continued to be a powerful force for good. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like further information about our work.
