Executive Management Team

Our senior management team has executive responsibility to manage Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster Mind. Our five members are:

Janice Horsman


Janice has been CEO of Westminster Mind since June 2010. In August 2013 she also took on the additional responsibility of leading Wandsworth Mind, performing both roles as the organisations worked through plans to merge. As the organisation has continued to grow, Janice is now CEO of Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster Mind. Janice began her career as a qualified social worker in a hospital setting. She has worked as a practitioner in criminal justice, and has held a number of managerial and senior management roles in the public and charity sectors. Janice has been working in CEO or Director roles since 2002.

Sue Scott

Head of Business Development and Quality

Sue has been with Mind in Westminster, Wandsworth and now Brent since 2005 and has responsibility for service development, funding, marketing and the implementation of quality assurance. Sue has been working in health and social care settings for over 30 years and has extensive experience of managing in homelessness, mental health, supported housing, floating support, nursing and residential care. Prior to working with BWW MInd she was Head of London Operations for a national mental health charity with responsibility for a range of community mental health services across London, including residential and housing services, carers support, advocacy, counselling, employment, training and day service provision and a national welfare to work programme in partnership with DWP.

Jayne Pearce

Head of HR and Governance

Jayne Pearce joined Wandsworth & Westminster Mind in July 2015. She has worked in the voluntary sector for over 20 years’ at CEO and Director level in health related charities. Prior to this she worked in the NHS for 10 years initially as a medical secretary, before taking on more senior administrative roles and then moving into the voluntary sector. She returned to University as a mature student to study HR management and is a Chartered member of the CIPD. As Head of HR and Governance she takes lead responsibility for all HR matters and provides the Trustees with advice and guidance regarding legal and regulatory governance matters.

Branislav Lazarov

Branislav Lazarov joined Wandsworth & Westminster Mind in June 2015. Previously Branislav worked in the not-for-profit sector where he developed a keen interest in charitable activities. His ACCA qualifications have enabled him to perform various roles in the finance sector of both private and not-for-profit organisations. He leads the finance and administration team and contributes towards BWW Mind’s strategic development, advising on financial matters relating to all areas of the organisation.

Get Involved

We’d love to hear from you. There are loads of ways of getting involved in the diverse things we do. If you would like to access Talking Therapies and Wellbeing, Housing Support, Art Classes or our Wellbeing Hubs please see our list of services.


Volunteer or Donate

We are always looking for high calibre Volunteers. We have a particular need for trainee counsellors to help staff our Talking Therapies and Wellbeing Services. We are also looking for befrienders who can add some sparkle to our Community Befriending.
