As CEO of Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster Mind, the recent mergers in March 2015 and October 2017 build on Janice’s experience in turnaround and consolidation for Charities within health and care.
Janice an economist and social worker by background, a social entrepreneur. Her career has spanned mental health, criminal justice, substance misuse and housing. Since 2000 she has worked at CEO/Director level for small, medium and national charities and for the past 8 years in Mind, initially in Westminster and now across Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster.
Director of Finance and Administration
Branislav Lazarov joined Wandsworth & Westminster Mind in June 2015. Previously Branislav worked in the not-for-profit sector where he developed a keen interest in charitable activities. His ACCA qualifications have enabled him to perform various roles in the finance sector of both private and not-for-profit organisations. He leads the finance and administration team and contributes towards BWW Mind’s strategic development, advising on financial matters relating to all areas of the organisation.
Head of HR and Governance
Jayne Pearce joined Wandsworth & Westminster Mind in July 2015. She has worked in the voluntary sector for over 20 years’ at CEO and Director level in health related charities. Prior to this she worked in the NHS for 10 years initially as a medical secretary, before taking on more senior administrative roles and then moving into the voluntary sector. As a mature student she studied HR Management and is a Chartered member of the CIPD.
As Head of HR & Governance she leads on all HR matters providing the Trustees with advice & guidance on legal and regulatory governance matters.
Interim Head of Operations
Anna Ware has over 20 years’ experience of working in social housing, developing and managing services for mental health, children and young people, learning disabilities, single homeless and rough sleepers.
She also has experience of managing residential care and nursing homes for people with enduring mental health needs and dementia. She believes strongly in a recovery focused approach to support and mental wellbeing, as well as the importance of service user involvement, peer support and co-production of managing and running services together
Head of Business Development and Quality
Sue has been with Mind in Westminster, Wandsworth and now Brent since 2005 and has responsibility for service development, funding, and the implementation of quality assurance.
Sue has been working in health and social care settings for over 30 years in homelessness, mental health, supported housing, floating support, nursing and residential care.
Prior to working with BWW MInd she was Head of London Operations for a national mental health charity with responsibility for a range of mental health and social care services across London.
