Join us on the 21st September for our next Out and About group trip, this time to visit the Royal College of Music where we will be watching a music concert.

This beautiful cathedral is a wonderful place to explore and is brimming with history and art.

Join us on Mindful Monday for a wonderful wellbeing walk through Wandsworth!
BWW Mind and Enable Leisure and Culture are joining forces to bring you a relaxing tour through the Borough that is designed to improve your mental wellbeing.
We will be meeting at 11.30am at the tennis courts in King George’s Park (Mapleton Road, Wandsworth).
Participants in the walk will receive a free goodie bag on the day of the walk.
Following your walk, you will be invited to attend the Tooting Hub for a free buffet, information sharing on health eating/nutrition, exercise and relaxation techniques.
The day will finish off with some soothing breathing and relaxation techniques for you to try out and learn to do at home.

Do you want to get in touch with your creative side? Check out our FREE Poetry in Mind workshop which will provide a social environment where you can explore and share your experiences and emotions through Poetry.
The group will be facilitated by Akin (Experienced poet, WW Mind Volunteer and trained Wellbeing Coach). Open to Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster residents, Poetry in Mind aims to provide healing, creative engagement, structured learning and a social, comfortable setting in which to meet new people.
Sessions will be held from 15:00-16:30 every fortnight in at the following address:

Need some help with your computer skills? Pop into our IT support sessions, run ever Monday and Tuesday at our Tooting Wellbeing Hub, from 10am to 12pm. Brush up on your internet skills and learn how to use programmes like Word and Excel.

Join us weekly at the Tooting Wellbeing Hub for a soothing session of relaxation and breathing. This workshop will help you to learn exercises to calm you and promote better mental wellbeing.

Paintbrushes at the ready! Join us at the Wandsworth Wellbeing Hub for our bi-weekly arts sessions, where you can let your creative juices flow !
Arts and Crafts classes take place between 10am-12pm every Monday and Friday at the Wellbeing Hub in Tooting.
Oh la la! Learn to parler en français at our weekly class. You\’ll learn the basics of this beautiful language and gain confidence in speaking and reading French.
Sessions are one hour, starting at 1pm and are held every Monday at the Wandsworth Wellbeing Hub in Tooting.
Become a cuisine king (or queen) when you join in the cooking training workshops at Wandsworth Wellbeing Hub. Our dedicated on-site cook will take you through how to cook delicious, healthy meals for yourself to feed your body and mind!
The cooking workshops runs four times per week, twice a day on a Tuesday and a Thursday.Join us for the morning session which runs from 11am to 12pm or for the afternoon session from 1pm to 2pm.
