Every 2 months BWW Mind puts on \’Wellbeing Wednesday\’ – who says that Wednesday has to be a \’hump day\’?

Our Wellbeing Wednesday sessions, based in our Tooting Hub, will include a range of stimulating activities including interesting and motivational talks from speakers, relaxation and breathing sessions head massage, healthy eating and much,much more!

Please note this is the last Wellbeing Wednesday session of the year before the festive season.
