Join us on 10 July by completing your very own Sleep Out (of the ordinary) to raise money and awareness of mental health.

This is a fundraising challenge with a difference, where you pick an unusual place to sleep for the night. This could be in your garden or treehouse, in your bath or under the kitchen table, or in a den designed by you! Wherever you decide to spend the night, collect sponsors to help support those living with mental health conditions in our communities.

Having a safe place to sleep each night is so important to our mental health. At Mind in Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster, our Supported Housing Service plays a big role in how we help those living with a mental health condition. Our housing support provides a safe and secure home for those living with enduring mental health conditions and provides support to help them develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible in their community.

By sharing your fundraising page about your unusual bed for the night, you will help raise awareness of our work and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. The money you raise could help us provide more services for those living in our supported housing and for others across our boroughs, to empower them to live well with their mental health condition.
