We simply cannot operate without the support of our amazing volunteers and fundraisers in the local community – this means you!
There are many ways you can get involved and support our work – from making a donation and organising your own fundraising to volunteering at one of our events or choosing us as your Charity of the Year.
As a charity we are passionate about delivering our support to people that need it. In order to do this, we have to raise vital funds. We’re also determined to challenge the stigma around mental health. And that can only be done by starting the conversation to make it normal.
Over 50% of our staff and volunteers have a lived experience with mental health and bring with them their knowledge and experience, which is invaluable.
We want to recruit committed fundraisers, volunteers and staff members to work with us to support people’s positive mental health and wellbeing across Brent, Wandsworth & Westminster.
Nobody should face a mental health problem alone, and it’s because of your kind donations and amazing fundraising efforts that our charity can be here. Find out about all the ways you can support us, from a monthly donation, to leaving a gift in your Will, to running a marathon and more.
