Nature and wellbeing workshop

In this workshop we will look at how we can improve our mental health and wellbeing by interacting with nature and being in the great outdoors.

We will look at some of the research and science about the healing powers of nature, explore different nature based activities and mindfulness practices that can promote positive wellbeing.
