We are able to offer a diverse programme of support, mentoring and coaching, training, activities, social groups and more for children and young people that need support to develop and maintain positive mental health and wellbeing. Read on to find out what we can offer in Brent, Wandsworth, Westminster and some of our neighbouring areas.

Support, Backup and Therapeutic Activities in Brent

We provide emotional support, peer groups, therapeutic gardening, creative workshops, a relaxed and social drop in and support the youth advisory board for young people ranging in age from 13 to 25 at risk of or experiencing mental health problems in Brent.

SW18 Club in Wandsworth

SW18 Club is for people aged 18-35 who have experienced mental health difficulties and are looking for peers to support them rediscover their interests, passions, skills and zest for life. This active peer support network meet fortnightly to join in a range social, entertaining, informative and fun activities out and about in Wandsworth and beyond.

Be Kind to Your Mind, Westminster and Beyond

This pioneering service boosts positive mental health for young people in West London by training up, supervising and supporting young people as wellbeing coaches offering advice, guidance, empathy and support to peers who may be struggling with emotional difficulties. Working in partnership with local Minds in Hammersmith & Fulham and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, Be Kind to Your Mind is part of a portfolio of services that also offers mentl health first aid training for professionals working with young people, psycho-educational workshops and educational support in colleges and creative therapy programmes.

London South Bank University Counselling service

We provide counselling services and mental health support for students of London South Bank University in association with LSBU’s Student Wellbeing Services. This includes assessment and short term therapy for students struggling to cope with the stresses an strains of student life in the city, advice, support and onward referral for those who need it and opportunities for students to access our other services, support as well as development opportunities.
