Mind in Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster are running one-hour digital workshops with organisations
and their employees on how to look after one’s emotional wellbeing during the coronavirus situation. We explore a number of different tools and resources, and share tips with a specific focus on stress and anxiety whilst working from home during this public health crisis.
