Mental Health Training
About Mental Health Awareness
This introductory course aims to raise awareness of mental health, and to understand and recognise the causes, symptoms and support options for a range of common and less-common mental health problems. It is offered as a full or half day and can be delivered digitally.
Who’s it for?
Mental Health Awareness Training is suitable for any type of individual or organisation including community groups, healthcare, social care, schools and public services.
Participants will gain:

- Improved understanding about, and ability to access mental health services, professionals and other services in the community
- Increased awareness of how to look after their own mental health and the mental health of others.
We run regular half day courses for individuals or we can deliver this in your organisation.
