Do you feel anxious or fearful about the prospect of public speaking?

Want to help break the stigma around mental health through speaking up?
Do you think your wellness journey, whatever road you’ve trodden, may be able to help others?
If the answers to any of the above is yes, we encourage you to join our Public Speaking group.
What to expect
During the course of this project, you will learn to:
- Overcome your fear of public speaking
- Build your confidence
- Public speaking tips
- Share your experiences with others in a supportive group
- How to effectively communicate
The group runs every fortnight on Fridays from 3pm-4.30pm
