Every year, mental health support organisations around the world celebrate #WorldMentalHealthDay on 10th October. World Mental Health Day is an important day in our calendar, where we campaign to raise awareness of mental wellbeing in our community, and work to break stigma and empower those experiencing a mental health difficulty. Neeta Oza is a yoga and pilates instructor, qualified personal trainer and health and fitness blogger. In between all that, she’s also found time to author her first book –  ‘My Mini-Micro Mindset Manual’. Neeta was also previously a volunteer with us in 2007.  In November 2018, Neeta will be premiering her book – and has very kindly offered to donate 50% of her book profits to BWW Mind. Mind in Wandsworth held their bi-monthly Wellbeing day on the 1st August 2018.  The theme of the day was “Connectivity”, bringing people together with workshops on art, horticulture, tai chi and eating together with a healthy and nutritious menu to enable and encourage individuals to learn about healthy eating choices.
