Counselling & Psychotherapy
This private Counselling and Psychotherapy service is open to residents of Brent, Wandsworth, Westminster and neighbouring boroughs who don’t meet ‘Free Counselling Criteria’. The service is delivered by Integrative counsellors, who offer compassionate and tailored support to help clients address emotional and psychological challenges. Please note, this is not a free service. Any profit made from the service goes towards funding our free support. If you are looking for free therapy and live in Westminster, please refer yourself to our IAPT talking therapies service.
Where/When:
- This service is open between Monday to Friday, 9am-8pm
- Weekly 1:1 sessions
- Sessions online or face-to-face (at 23 Monck Street, London, SW1P 2AE)
- Maximum of 24 sessions per person
Cost (Per Session):
- Low cost (Trainee Counsellor): £35
- Qualified Counsellor: £55
- Payment must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session or your time slot may be assigned to another client
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 1 week’s notice for session cancellation: No cancellation fee
- Cancellation with at least 48 hours’ notice: 50% charge of the fee
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: Full assessment fee charged
- Not cancelled or attended: Full assessment fee charged

- Once you’ve made a referral, someone will be in touch with you to book you in for an initial assessment
- During an assessment, a member of our team will explore your needs and match you to a suitable counsellor – these sessions last up to 90 minutes and cost £50
